Chris Dobson steps up to the role of managing director at Imagination Hong Kong
Global creative agency Imagination has promoted Chris Dobson to the role of Managing Director for their Hong Kong office, effective immediately.
Dobson (pictured left) moves into this role from the position of Head of Strategy for Asia Pacific, where he was responsible for developing and leading Imagination’s regional strategy offer and teams. Prior to this, Dobson held key positions within Imagination’s Australia business, and in a range of creative service companies in Europe and Australia, working with clients including Coca-Cola, McDonald’s, GE, Jaguar and Rolls-Royce.
Reporting directly to Asia Pacific CEO, Simon Bruxner-Randall, Dobson will be responsible for all Imagination’s business operations in Hong Kong. “We have a long and proud history of delivering innovative work for our clients in Hong Kong,” said Bruxner-Randall, “and in Chris we believe we have identified the right person to take our business to the next level”.
In his new role, Dobson will take a seat on the Imagination Asia Pacific Board, and will be responsible for Imagination’s expansion and ongoing diversification into digital and technology solutions in Hong Kong, while retaining involvement in key regional and global strategy projects.
