Sweetshop Shanghai launches all shiny white spot via Grey Hong Kong for Darlie toothpaste

Sweetshop Shanghai has launched a new commercial for Darlie toothpaste from Grey Hong Kong, directed by Taiwanese Showy Lin, and featuring celebrity Dilireba.

Walking through a light and airy setting, Dilireba playfully reveals that Darlie not only whitens, but also protects her teeth. The beverage from her mug comes to life through animation and starts swirling towards her face, but the stains are no match for her Darlie toothpaste – a secret weapon which she tosses towards the camera.

Diamonds frame her beautifully white smile, which she confidently protects with her hands, held in the shape of a diamond as well, before the frame is filled with Darlie’s wide range of products which offer long-lasting ‘All Shiny White’ teeth… without any worries.

Laura Geagea, Managing Director and Executive Producer for Sweetshop China, Asia and MENA said, “We loved Grey Hong Kong’s playful scripts and it was an inspiration to work with Showy Lin who stayed true to his visually decadent style, employing VFX to create the perfect image. Dilireba was a true professional and helped to add that wow factor to the commercial.”

Director Showy Lin added, “I loved this script from Grey as it was both entertaining and informative at the same time, allowing me to tap into the cheerful and lighthearted side of Dilireba to help deliver the product story and put smiles on peoples’ faces.”
