Supparat Thepparat Rejoins Dentsu One Bangkok as Executive Creative Director

Dentsu Aegis Network has appointed Supparat Thepparat as Executive Creative Director of Dentsu One Bangkok.

In his role, he will assist Subun Khow, Chief Creative Officer of Dentsu One, in managing regional clients, digital platforms and the Business Design Lab, as well as play a key role in developing the agency’s creative talent.

Prior to this move, Thepparat (pictured) served as Creative Partner at BBDO, Guangzhou for major international brands such as Dji Drone, VIVO, Procter & Gamble as well as regional brands such as Darlie Toothpaste since 2017, and before that was at JWT, Shanghai as Creative Lead for HSBC, Abbott, J&J Regional and other local clients.

His career started at BBDO Bangkok, where he earned multiple awards at Cannes Lions, Clio Awards, D&AD, Spikes Asia, AdFest and other prominent local competitions. This early success led him to McCann Worldgroup Middle East to work on Coca Cola, MasterCard, McDonald’s and Batelco, and during his four years there he notched up wins in the One Show, Epica, New York Festivals awards, and the Dubai Lynx Awards, including two Grand Prix and a Gold. He returned to Bangkok as Creative Director for Dentsu One (then Dentsu Plus) in 2012.

“We’re really glad that Supparat has rejoined us. He was one of the key players driving Dentsu One Bangkok’s growth – both in business and creative reputation. I’m sure that with him back onboard we’ll strengthen our core team to deliver innovative services for our clients,” said Khow.

“It’s good to have Supparat back at Dentsu One Bangkok. He’s a bright spark who will add creative magic to the marketing acumen of the agency with his international experience. His return speaks volumes of Subun’s creative leadership and the wonderful creative culture at Dentsu One Bangkok,” commented Ted Lim, Chief Creative Officer, Dentsu Brand Agencies Asia Pacific.

Thepparat said, “I will bring the dynamism of China’s digital development along with the diversity of its media environment to create inspiring work for the Thai market. I am confident that the opportunity to dig deep into our own unique local market, to cooperate with its best talents, and to connect deeply with consumers and brands will inspire new innovative and creative ideas. It is truly an honor to join Dentsu One again and I look forward to working together with the team at Dentsu Brand Agencies to create outstanding creative work.”
