Havas Ortega elevates Gian Angelo Dela Cruz to lead creativity, experience, and strategy

Gian Angelo Dela Cruz has been promoted to Creativity and Experience Lead + Strategy Director at Havas Ortega, underscoring the agency’s commitment to insight-driven creativity and integrated brand experiences.

 

In his expanded role, Dela Cruz will drive the convergence of creativity and experience across the agency’s disciplines, fostering seamless collaboration between strategy, media, data, PR, and creative teams to deliver more holistic, human-centered brand solutions. He will continue to oversee the Strategy & Insights Group, guiding the agency’s business, brand, and communications strategy through data-informed and culturally attuned insights.

Dela Cruz is a seasoned advertising professional with 14 years of experience, having led meaningful campaigns for esteemed brands such as Sun Life, Big E Corporation, Philippine Airlines, Reckitt and SM Retail, as well as co-led multi-market campaigns and projects across SEA. Since joining Havas Ortega in 2017, he has been instrumental in steering major strategic directions, producing award-winning campaigns like The Kita Initiative, and co-authoring thought leadership on Prosumer mindsets on sustainability, health, subcultures, among others.
