James Kenneth Koh finds talent
Veteran recruiter James (Kenneth) Koh has opened the doors to his own boutique headhunting firm having created a business model never seen before in the search space.
With 16 years advertising and recruitment experience behind him, including seven years running the Aquent Singapore office and more recently having also led its advertising and media practice across Asia, Koh is excited to be back in the game after a six month sabbatical.
“In launching James Kenneth Koh, we’re putting a totally new spin on headhunting”, explains Koh. “We’re actually here to help people in their careers, not just in changing jobs”.
Koh has the buy-in of several key industry experts who together haveformed a team of coaches readily available to help those either lookingto enter or move within the advertising and communications industry.Koh’s coaching panel includes Linda Locke of Godmother Consulting whowith over 30 years experience is synonymous with the advertisinglandscape in Singapore and beyond, and Angela Koch of INVITRO -certainly no stranger to the Asian strategic planning scene.
“Moreneeds to be done to help talented individuals build their own uniquebrand before they consider being put forward to potential employers.Our unique concept “Brand You” is perhaps our strongest selling pointand will certainly give us more of an edge”, continues Koh.
Talentwill be able to talk to industry leaders about anything, be it careeradvice or professional development and in turn create their own brandequity.
