Derek Chia joins Cheil Singapore as CD

Cheil Singapore has appointed 15 year veteran Derek Chia (left) as creative director. Chia has worked at McCann Erickson, Leo Burnett, Euro RSCG, Dentsu and Publicis during his career so far on accounts including Canon, Overseas Union Bank, Volvo and Toyota.  Chia says he believes that opportunities are everywhere. And, with that belief, he hopes to raise the creative profile of Cheil while continuing to produce effective work for his clients.

In other appointments at Cheil Nicholas Leong joins as Business Director, Aaron Gomez as Interactive Director and Janice Koh as Head of Client Services.
