David Guerrero to head jury for The Cup – Thaidumrong and Takamatsu also to judge

David Guerrero, Jureeporn Thaidumrong and Satoshi Takamatsu will represent Asia at The Intercontinental Advertising CUP 2011, which takes place on 26th to 27th in Istanbul, Turkey.

In addition Guerrero, Chairman and Chief Creative Officer at BBDO Guerrero/Proximity Philippines, has been appointed Chairman of the judging panel. Takamatsu is Founder and Chief Creative Director at Ground in Tokyo and Thaidumrong is Creative Chairwoman at nudeJEH in Bangkok. THE CUP brings together the best advertising campaigns created across four continents. Every year, shortlisted entries from ADFEST (Asia Pacific), FIAP (Ibero America), Golden Drum (Eastern Europe) and ADC*E (Europe) are entered into THE CUP.

“There is something special about bringing together the best work from four independently judged regional festivals. And it’s a unique privilege to be leading a global jury that will determine the best of the best,” says Guerrero.
