Isobar China promotes Tang and Huang

Cherry.jpgCherry Tang (left), previously Director of Digital Media Services at wwwins Isobar Shanghai, has been promoted to Media Practice Leader for wwwins Isobar China. She will continue to be based in Shanghai and report to Alvin Huang (below), who in addition to his Managing Director role at wwwins Isobar Beijing, has been appointed to Managing Partner– Integrated Media at wwwins Isobar China.

Alvin_Huang.jpgTang will focus on developing the digital media practice for wwwinsIsobar in China, driving innovation of the agency’s media product inconjunction with Isobar NowLab, and integrating the agency’s digitalmedia offering with social and mobile, with an astute focus on ROI.Huang will work closely with Tang as management sponsor for mediapractice development, to ensure that Isobar’s digital media servicemodel suits clients’ ever-changing needs in the world’s fastest growingdigital economy.

Tang has over 12 years of experience in both traditional and digital media. Before joining wwwins Isobar Shanghai in 2009, she was General Manager of GroupM Interaction Trading, Mindshare Interaction in China and Director of Zed Digital, Shanghai/Guangzhou.

Huang has over 17 years of experience in the digital and media industry. He joined wwwins Isobar in 2004 and has worked as Business Director in Taiwan and Managing Director in Shanghai. In 2009, he was tasked with developing the full-service offering of wwwins Isobar in Beijing, a comparatively more media-centric digital market in China.
