iris Singapore and Heineken lights up Clarke Quay Central Fountain Square for party goers
iris Singapore has conceptualised and designed an iconic structure that will be placed in Clarke Quay Central Fountain Square to showcase how Heineken consistently stretches the limits of innovation and reinforces the brand in an inventive brand world.
The spirit of the brand will be brought to life through the prominent 6.5-metre tall by 6-metre wide LED outlined Heineken signature star logo which is designed to be a canvas for the projection of eye-catching visualisations and videos, and a beacon for partygoers in the Clarke Quay area.
“To project the distinctive spirit of opening your world while entertaining party goers at Clarke Quay, we constructed a massive Heineken Star to serve as a projection screen and an iconic monument. Then we blended three of Heineken’s favourite passions – cutting-edge technology, progressive music and innovative visual design,” said Clarence Chiew, Creative Director, iris Singapore.
The structure will be displayed at the Clarke Quay Central Fountain Square until 14 April 2013. Heineken brand ambassadors as well as a photographer will be on ground every Friday and Saturday from 8pm to 12am throughout the campaign period to capture party goers in their
best party poses.

‘Iconic structure..’ What are you guys on???
It’s just another giant ugly logo and the last thing anywhere needs.
Well f@*k me dead. All they did was take a large neon sign from on top of a building and put it on the ground. This is not brand marketing, it’s lowly signage. It’s lazy creative. If I were the agency concerned I’d be hanging my head in shame.
chill guys, this is the kind of work they’re always proud of.
hasn’t changed since this ‘campaign’ right here:

dump a huge logo in the middle of singapore. if you can’t get engagement, just force feed the brand into their mouths. nice idea actually
I think the work is bold and stops you in your tracks.
was the star located directly at the phallic looking air conditioning vent on purpose? what I meant to say was does this even worth a mention? Giant signages gets put up on buildings each day, how come there is no PR on it?
if your building’s logo has trippy visuals projection-mapped onto it i think it’d be worth some PR.
you guys must be trippin
@ iris pride” I’m sure the Heineken client will love your Tiger beer idea. Nong.
@ Emma: you obviously also work at Iris. Nongess.
Are you sure the CD isn’t a planner in disguise?
I just saw it this at the weekend and thought it looked pretty cool. Nice visuals.
Really stands out in an area where lots of beers are consumed.
