iProspect Singapore bolsters senior management team in APAC with two moves from the UK
Global digital performance agency iProspect has appointed Mark Fagan as Asia Pacific MD based in Singapore. Reporting to CEO, Ruth Stubbs, Fagan will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of the business across 14 markets, with a focus on initiating wide product diversification in the region.
Prior to making the move to Asia, Fagan had been in post as iProspect UK’s Chief Performance Officer since March 2013. He joined the company in September 2011 to take the role of Head of Performance Media UK. Working with Ben Wood, then UK MD, Fagan helped create dedicated product teams working across all bought, owned and earned media and was integral in the expansion of iProspect’s services, moving from a traditional search marketing offering to launching 12 new product areas, an initiative that has since rolled out globally.
During his UK tenure at iProspect, Fagan led product teams driving innovation and performance for clients including Kellogg’s, GM and Asda. He is a founding member of the IPA Search Group and completed a two year run as its Chairman in 2011. In 2012, he was awarded a Fellowship of the IPA in recognition for efforts in helping to professionalise the UK search sector.
Fagan is joined in the APAC office by former UK Head of New Business & Marketing Brandon Smith. Now taking the role of iProspect’s APAC Director of New Business & Marketing, Smith’s dual role will see him responsible for driving the organisation’s new business strategy and growth in the region, as well as raising iProspect’s profile and reinforcing its brand positioning.
Ben Wood, Global President iProspect, said, “I’m absolutely delighted that Mark and Brandon have joined iProspect’s APAC operation. As senior members of the management team in the UK, they excelled at growing and promoting the business, in addition to championing innovative work practices as the medium of search evolved. They will be fantastic additions to our Asia Pacific team.”
The arrival of Fagan and Smith follows the appointment of Jean-Marc Thomas as Regional Business Director, Key Accounts iProspect Asia Pacific in January and further bolsters an already strong regional team.
