Geometry Global celebrates major successes at two industry awards – PMAA and Spikes Asia
Geometry Global is celebrating high profile successes at the 2014 PMAA Dragons of Asia, including two Blue Dragons for best in country campaigns, plus two Gold, four Silver, four Bronze Dragons and 14 Merits of Excellence across Asia Pacific.
In its 15th year, the PMAA Dragons are amongst Asia’s most highly-regarded marketing communications awards – celebrating the best industry work throughout the region.
The prestigious Blue Dragons were collected for the ‘Lighting up the Mountains’ campaign delivered for Philips Indonesia, and ‘The Scene’ for Chivas 18 in Hong Kong. The latter also picked up a Gold Dragon for best entry in the Marketing Discipline Campaign category. Geometry Global’s other Gold Dragon came in the Small Budget Category for ‘The Jump Pump’ project with Hindustan Unilever.
In total, 6 Geometry Global offices picked up 26 awards at the ceremony in Sime-Darby Convention Center, Kuala Lumpur, surpassing the 17 wins gained in 2013 and positioning the network at the top of the agency tally.
In a bumper week for Geometry Global, the agency had further reason to celebrate at the Spikes Asia Awards in Singapore. At the event, which recognises excellence in creative communications, Geometry Global was awarded Gold and Silver Campaign Spikes in the Print and Outdoor categories, respectively, for the Lego/Hamleys ‘Masters’ campaign, as well as a Bronze Spike for work with Hindustan Unilever in the Promotion and Activation category.
Dani Comar, Executive Creative Director, Asia Pacific, says these successes highlight the originality and high-impact of the work Geometry Global delivers for its clients throughout the region. “PMAA and Spikes Asia recognise the very best in promotion marketing and creative communications. The level of competition this year was higher than ever and these wins underline what Geometry Global does best – truly ground-breaking ideas and content that engage their audience.”
