BBH Asia Pacific lures Chee Yan Yi out of Ogilvy & Mather to join the agency as General Manager

CheeYanYi.jpgBBH Asia Pacific has hired ex-Ogilvy veteran Chee Yan Yi in the role of General Manager.

Yan Yi (left) brings with her 20 years of experience within Ogilvy across Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and Singapore, where she has led regional and local teams and talent development for the Ogilvy business.

She has successfully led some of the region’s most high profile accounts including Nestle, Glaxo SmithKline, Kimberly Clark and Unilever.

In her previous roles at Ogilvy, Yan Yi was integral to the growth and success of their Malaysian, Thai and Vietnam offices before she joined the Singapore office in 2009. Most recently she has been running the SingTel business.
