Natalie.cooke.jpgiris Worldwide has bolstered its client leadership team with Natalie Cooke joining as Business Director.

This appointment follows the recent announcement of Kiran Aswani as Business Head, who will spearhead the healthcare and consumer marketing capabilities of the agency.

Cooke brings with her over 12 years of industry experience across both the UK and Asia Pacific, leading account teams and working on high profile clients. She has delivered results across a spectrum of global and regional accounts in both B2B and B2C businesses, such as Allianz, MasterCard, BUPA, Lenovo, Dimension Data and The Economist.

In her new role, Cooke will be responsible for accelerating iris’ business growth by addressing new opportunities within existing and potential new clients, particularly in B2B, IT and finance, and ensuring the agency continues on an upward trajectory.

Craig Mapleston, Managing Director at iris Singapore, said, “Making a commercial difference to our clients’ businesses has never been more important. Heightened competition, more challenging budgets and greater accountability for agencies all mean that we need to be focused on making real business impact. B2B communications have long been considered a dark art that a few specialist agencies do well, and a lot of generalist agencies do poorly. With Natalie coming on board to compliment the analytics nous that our management and data consultants provide, and our strategic and creative excellence, we now have a brilliant offering in B2B for existing and new clients.”

Cooke said, “iris has been widely known in the industry to be an innovative and forward thinking agency and one that I have always admired. I’m very excited to join iris in this role and look forward to discovering new opportunities particularly from a B2B perspective, helping to drive and grow an already formidable business.”
