Ramesh Kumar joins M&C Saatchi Singapore in the newly created role of chief strategy officer
M&C Saatchi Singapore has appointed Ramesh Kumar as Chief Strategy Officer. This is a new role, created in line with the agency’s vision to grow by delivering real business impact for its clients. Kumar’s mandate is to build a culture of effectiveness that leads to great work that works.
Over the last two decades, Kumar has worked in India and Singapore with blue chip agencies including Leo Burnett, Ogilvy and TNS. In his last role, he was the strategy lead on Samsung across Asia Pacific at Leo Burnett. Prior to that, he led global planning on BP Castrol and regional planning on Philips at Ogilvy Singapore. He has been a consistent winner at multiple effectiveness awards over the years, and has also served on the jury for some of them.
