EVA Airways connects Malaysia to the USA with “Chapati in the USA” social media contest
Kingdom Digital Malaysia has launched a social media contest called “Chapati in the USA” to promote EVA Airways flight routes from Malaysia to multiple destinations in North America. With just one-stop in Taipei, the airline currently operates over 80 flights per week from Kuala Lumpur to Chicago, New York, San Francisco and many more gateways.
The concept behind “Chapati in the USA” is to portray the message of ‘connecting Malaysia to USA’. To join the contest, all contestants need to do is to snap a photo of themselves doing Malaysian things but in an American way (for example, eating durian with fork and knife, or putting ketchup on roti canai) and post it in the comment section of the contest post on EVA Airways Facebook page, along with the hashtags #ChapatiintheUSA and #EVAAirMY.
The winner with the most creative photo will receive two return flight tickets to any destination in North America that EVA Airways flies to. This contest will end on 31 October 2017.
