BBDO Guerrero makes three senior promotions

rosh_buens_leah.jpgBBDO Guerrero Philippines has announced three senior promotions across the agency’s ranks.

 

Cristina Buenaventura (pictured left) moves up to Executive Director of Strategy effectively taking control of the agency’s planning department as well as joining the management committee. She has been with the agency since 2007 where she started as a junior planner and rose up the ranks to leadership.

 

Roshan Nandwani (pictured right) is named Executive Director of Transformation and is responsible for instilling cultural and operational change within the agency. She served as Head of Digital for several years and built a team of digital experts further giving BBDO Guerrero its world-class capabilities in digital creativity.

Both Buenaventura and Nandwani took part in bringing to life the agency’s most recognized work in the last decade which garnered metal from festivals like Cannes, Clio, D&AD and a notable Creative Effectiveness Grand Prix from Warc.

 

Meanwhile, Leah Gonzales (pictured centre) is promoted to Finance Controller and sits as finance head for the agency. She has been with BBDO Guerrero for 14 years.

 

BBDO Guerrero Managing Director Francine Kahn-Gonzalez says: “Today’s communication industry is dealing with changes that require quick and strategic adjustments from its players. BBDO Guerrero is facing this challenge of transformation head-on by giving its key people new roles that allow us to service our clients better and more effectively.”
