TBWA\Singapore rocked Singapore’s foremost Creative Awards – The Creative Circle Awards aka The Gongs.
They took away 23 Gongs including Agency of the Year and Digital Agency of the Year Award.

Ara Hampartsoumian, CEO, TBWA\Group Singapore said, “We are extremely proud of the work we’ve done this year and we believe together with our clients this has been our biggest and boldest year yet. Our campaigns for Singapore Tourism Board, Standard Chartered and Manulife have been making waves since they launched and to be recognised as the Creative Agency and Digital Agency of the Year is truly an honour. Thank you CCA”s.”

Against less than 100 entries. It’s like celebrating bronze in a race of 3 people.
Searched city of possibilities. Searches stopped.
“When I first arrived in Singapore,” said De Villiers, “winning a Gong was a big deal. It mattered. For whatever reasons, the Gongs has lost its mojo and its prestige. We need to get it back. We need the best creatives in Singapore judging the work, and only the best work in Singapore winning an award. It’s going to be a lot tougher than in recent years.”
23 GONGS in one sweep!
TBWA\Singapore rocked it at Singapore’s foremost creative awards – Creative Circle Awards ala the The Gongs last night!
We were named Agency of the Year and Digital Agency of the Year!
We took away 23 awards including GOLD, SILVER and BRONZE across campaigns for our Manulife ‘Adulting’ and ‘Stop The Drama’, STB’s ‘City of Possibilities’ and ‘Condor Heroes’ and Standard Chartered’s ‘Ship’ and ‘Wildlife’.
Congratulations to all the teams. We’re so proud!
Making a comment in your own press release is really taking the notion of pissing in your own pocket a tad far. It’s just greedy.
What a joke! Wasn’t CCA being chaired by one of their own this year…I find
this agency’s work to be so underwhelming it doesn’t even deserve a nomination let alone a gong.
And it’s about to get much worse given the low rent creative replacements.
No wonder nobody gives a shit about award shows like this any more.
