Publicis Groupe has promoted Adrian Yeap to Executive Creative Director of Publicis Singapore; as Ng Tian It, Executive Creative Director of HPB ONE, moves back to China to take on a leadership role within Publicis Groupe.

Effective January 2022, Yeap (pictured above) takes on creative leadership for the agency that counts Disney, Visa, Nestlé and the Health Promotion Board (HPB) of Singapore as key clients. He returns to Publicis Singapore after a 3-year stint at Leo Burnett as Creative Director.

During his almost 20-year career, Yeap led integrated brand campaigns for McDonald’s, Expedia, Scoot Airlines, HPB, KFC, Tiger Beer and MCCY; among many others. His work has been honoured by D&AD, Cannes, One Show, Effies and Spikes. Notably, he is the first Singaporean creative to win back-to-back D&AD Yellow Pencils.

“We’re very excited to welcome Adrian back to Publicis. Adrian is a great mentor for young creatives, and in the past few years, he’s built such a solid team under him at Leo Burnett. It’s now time for him to take that energy and passion for creativity and scale it for our people and clients. We wish Tian It all the very best for his next chapter in China. He has done a great job at raising the standards of work for HPB, and we thank him for all his passion and commitment to the business,” said Jennie Morris, Chief Creative Officer, Publicis Communications.

Publicis Singapore Managing Director Joanne Theseira, said: “We are always extremely proud when we elevate our talent within the organisation. During the past year, Adrian has produced amazing work on McDonald’s including the much-loved ‘My Happy Table’ campaign for Ramadan – a wonderful example of meaningful creativity. We look forward to seeing him bring that same energy and creative will to Publicis.”

Tian It (pictured below) is returning to China after two years in Singapore. He joined Publicis Singapore in 2019 after previously spending a decade in China with McCann, DDB and Saatchi & Saatchi.
