Bank Mandiri, one of the largest banking institutions owned by the Indonesian government, is trying to attract the attention of Gen-Z for the launch of its super app called ‘Livin’ created via Finch Agency Indonesia.
“Since the client gave us room to explore, we thought of something fresh & interesting to introduce this product to the target. This is something that has never been made by any government banking institution, I can say this is a breakthrough for Bank Mandiri towards a digital era filled with gen-Z”, said Max Roza Natadjaya, Creative Director, Finch Agency.
The aim is so Bank Mandiri can break the typical communication that is usually used by other government banking institutions, and successfully win the heart of its intended target audience. 3.3 million downloads resulted from this campaign.
