On the heels of its 2021 AOY Best in Market Performance nod, the MullenLowe TREYNA Group in the Philippines sets its sights on continuing growth and synergy with key promotions.

Roman Olivarez is now Executive Creative Director. He will report to Abi Aquino, whose Chief Creative Officer role expands to the group.

Raya Beron and Stephanie Velasco move up to Senior Business Manager. Kathryn Nadela, with her strong experience in regionally-led brands, steps up to Business Unit Director. In recognition of key business unit growth, the agency also promotes Mel Jimenez to Client Services Director, now alongside Aimee Sarmiento, who continues in the same role for her own brands.

The continuing growth in the group’s PR business under MullenLowe MARC also prompts key promotions, with Aly Dizon moving up to Senior Account Manager, and PR strategist and stalwart Joel Quizon becoming Business Unit Director.

Signifying the importance of synergy, Raffy Bariso also moves up to a group role, from Executive Director of Technology and Platform Services to Chief Synergy Officer. Vanessa Julian also moves from Quiddity to a group role as overall head of HR.

“We’re one of the few agency groups in the Philippines that can legitimately deliver truly integrated solutions, powered by creativity. This recent set of promotions shows our continuing commitment to the growth of our talent and to our clients’ business,” says Mike Trillana, Chairman and CEO.
