Clear Channel Singapore strengthens team with seven recent promotions

Clear Channel Singapore has made seven promotions within its Commercial Team across the last nine months including Marcus Ma, Shemberly Chun, Anna Chong, Lee Wee Keong, Cheryl Loon, Darren Koh and Karin Ng, the majority of whom are long-tenured employees.

 

Formerly Team Leads, Ma and Chun have been elevated to Deputy Heads, Sales, where they will be responsible for developing and implementing the company’s commercial strategy and drive their teams to deliver innovative, and impactful advertising solutions for customers. Ma and Chun have been with Clear Channel for 10 years and 11.5 years respectively. They will inspire and motivate their teams to help accelerate Clear Channel’s market growth trajectory.

A returning employee in 2021, Chong has been promoted to Senior Manager, New Business & Digital where she will work closely with Kelly Khoo, Chief Executive Officer and Amanda Woo, Chief Development Officer to drive the building and scaling up of the company’s digital and tech vision. She is the programmatic expert, tasked to deliver on campaign performance and optimisation, providing insights into the best strategies and tactics to achieve results. Chong has been with Clear Channel for 13 years.

At the same time, Loon and Wee Keong are now Senior Manager, Marketing, and Senior Manager, Sales respectively. Loon will drive campaigns, delivering against brand and business goals. She has been with Clear Channel for 4.5 years and will continue bridging gaps between brands and consumers’ mind through, digital, visual, and experiential storytelling and data intelligence. Wee Keong will work closely with the Deputy Head, Sales, to conceptualise and drive business growth. He has served the company for over 3 years.

Alongside these promotions, Ng and Koh have been promoted to Manager, Sales Optimisation and Manager, Sales. Ng brings strong organisational, communication and analytical skills and provide support to the Sales teams while Koh plays a pivotal role in meeting the company’s customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping Clear Channel competitive and innovative. Ng and Koh have been with Clear Channel for 12 years and 6.5 years respectively.
