Anne Ridwan signs on with Future Creative Network Indonesia as Chief Operating Officer

Future Creative Network, the Indonesian holding company for creative technology network and incubator platform with over 200 clients and 40 subsidiary entities, recently appointed Anne Ridwan as their Chief Operating Officer.

Ridwan has a long career in agencies working more than ten years as a CEO in prominent agencies such as Leo Burnett, Publicis Groupe, and Ogilvy Group. Prior to joining FCN, Ridwan was a Country Director of R3 Indonesia and Commercial & Agency Partnership Leader in Gojek.

“I didn’t know how much I missed agency’s life until I came back to the agency side again after 3 years stepping outside of it. When Ivan approached me, the company had grown so big, and he needed support to help manage the company. Although I had left the industry for 3 years, FCN felt my network, presence and point of view in the industry remained strong and respected. In fact, my previous role as the Country Director of R3 Indonesia was seen adding even more value to FCN, whose one of the visions is to empower the creative economy of the future,” said Ridwan.

Ridwan was also delighted with her decision as she had always admired the team’s creative mind and passion for driving FCN into such a massive creative technology ecosystem that no other local network of agencies had developed in the same scale as FCN.

The transformations FCN have made are carefully planned and executed through strategic partnerships that have been well-curated and well complimentary to other capabilities in the company.

On a daily basis, Ridwan will collaborate with Ivan Hadywibowo, the co-founder and CEO of FCN. They both will be working in synergy to manage all FCN subsidiaries along with the board of directors and network management team – from business, infrastructure, culture, and talent development. On top of this, Ridwan will also support Hadywibowo in strategic partnerships and new ventures for network growth.

“We’re thrilled to have a strong talent like Anne on board to lead and assist our team. We were able to get such fantastic results when we previously worked together in the past, now we’re focusing on building the present to shape the future,” said Hadywibowo.

Ridwan intends to bring the company growth in terms of optimization, expanded capability and creating value within the digital ecosystem as the market shifts to digital. She will aim to maximize FCN’s potential in providing outstanding value to their clients by bringing together technology, creativity, skills, and abilities.

FCN has been named as Adweek’s Fastest Growing Agency for the previous few years, with a growth rate of 2,975%. FCN is a one-stop solution for clients’ creative needs, focusing on providing creative contents with technological advancement. The company has brought the most valuable brands in Indonesia under their portfolio and has received many prestigious accolades.
