Cheil Worldwide elevates Jonghyun Kim to President & CEO: Existing CEO Jeongkeun Yoo moves to the chairman role

Cheil Worldwide has announced the promotion of Jonghyun Kim to President and CEO from his previous position as Head of Business. Kim replaces current CEO Jeongkeun Yoo, who will stay on with the company as Chairman of the Board, following a decision by the board to separate the two roles.

Kim is widely recognized for his global business expertise, with a broad base of experience in a variety of fields since joining Cheil Worldwide. In addition to heading Cheil Greater China, he has provided leadership to teams across the organization, including: Internet Business, Strategic Planning, and Digital & Global Business. As President and CEO, Kim is expected to lead Cheil’s continued growth and enhance company competitiveness.

Yoo will continue his work to strengthen the company’s growth and transparent management.
