Ogilvy Singapore has announced the promotion of Shirley Tay to Chief Client Officer. Tay will report to Kunal Jeswani, Group CEO of Ogilvy Singapore and Malaysia.
Tay is an industry leader and is recognised as one of Singapore’s finest communication professionals. With an unflappable and quiet charm, Tay has consistently built high performance teams that drive client impact and business growth.

Tay has deep experience across regional and local businesses. Clients she has led through her career include BMW Asia, Prudential, Japan Airlines, Decathlon, Singapore Tourism Board, Health Promotion Board, Nestle and many others. She was also the lead behind Singapore’s iconic SG50 campaign for the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth; and the campaign for Southeast Asian (SEA) Games where Singapore was the host country.
