INNORED invests into new agency, Crack the Nuts

INNORED has today, Thursday July 18, announced its investment in Crack the Nuts Inc., a new creative agency founded by CEO Changyeol Song.

 

INNORED is an independent advertising agency known for its worldwide creativity over the past 18 years. The company has expanded its influence in the advertising industry by creating a healthy and diverse advertising ecosystem through strategic investments in companies like Ideot and Paulus.

This investment by INNORED is noteworthy as it involves a newly established corporation without financial performance records. Hyunwoo Park, CEO of INNORED, said: “The decision to invest in Crack the Nuts was based on our faith in CEO Song and the founding members. This is more than just an investment; we will fully support Crack the Nuts for its growth and settlement.”

Notably, this investment by INNORED is unprecedented in that it involves a newly established corporation without financial performance records.

Song is an expert with extensive experience across brand-related fields ranging from advertising, PR to brand consulting, has worked so far at LG Chem., Leo Burnett, Welcomm Publicis, SERVICEPLAN, Edelman, and the.WATERMELON. Recently he is more actively involved in the advertising industry with his appointment as a judge for the London International Awards, a finalist judge for the Effie Awards, and an executive committee member of 2024 Korea Advertising Awards.
