Arcade Film Factory Philippines named Asia Production Company of the Year in Campaign Brief’s THE WORK 2024 for second year in a row

For the second year running Arcade Film Factory in The Philippines has been named ASIA Production Company of the Year, based on the results of Campaign Brief’s THE WORK 2024. Arcade Film Factory first earned this honour in THE WORK 2023 after coming runner-up in 2021. Arcade Film Factory’s 24 Acceptances also saw them rank #3 overall in APAC, behind Australian production companies FINCH and VANDAL.

 

FINCH led the APAC production company pack with 44 Acceptances followed by Vandal with 32 Acceptances. Arcade Film Factory ranked #3, ahead of Revolver in #4 with 20 Acceptances, followed by Scoundrel at #5 with 19 Acceptances and Photoplay | Playtime with 15 Acceptances.

FINCH’s Acceptances span some standout and highly awarded campaigns for Modibodi, Tourism Tasmania, Team Heroine, Spark, Chorus, The Brain Cancer Centre, TAB and Pedigree amongst others.

The last time FINCH took out Australasian Production Company of the Year in THE WORK was in 2022.

In at #2 is VANDAL with 32 Acceptances, previously #1 in THE WORK 2023. Successful campaigns included We Are Warriors, Matildas, City of Sydney and Amazon Prime amongst others.

Arcade Film Factory’s 24 Acceptances put them #1 in Asia and #3 in APAC. Successful work included RC Cola ’Miracle’, Netflix Rebel Moon ’Special Recruit’, Netflix Black Knight ’Breathtaker’, TNT ’Mother’, Kojie San Lightening Soap ’The Return’, GrabFood Unlimited ’Lookalike’, GrabFood Group Order ’Multifaceted’, GrabCar ’Sorry’, Grab ’Valentine’s Day’, Goodest Cat ’Ad Made for Cats’ and CoCo Tea ’Cool’.

Revolver scored Acceptances for Sydney Opera House, Movember, McDonald’s, NRMA Insurance, Hornbach and more.

Scoundrel is ranked #5 with 19 Acceptances for VB, Toyota, Apple and KIA.

In at #6 is Photoplay | Playtime with 15 Acceptances for Stella Insurance, Winter Swim, Amaysim, Maybelline New York, Binge, Golden Circle and Nurofen.

In at #7 is Good Oil with 13 Acceptances for Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora, Pedigree and ALDI, followed by MOFA at #8 with 9 Acceptances for Uber, Ampol, Arnott’s and The Testy Brothers.

The Sweetshop, Chisel and Clockwork Films share the #9 spot with 7 Acceptances apiece, followed by Taxi Film Production at #12 with 6 Acceptances. Exit, Rabbit and Limehouse share the #13 spot with 5 Acceptances apiece, followed by Seven Sunday Films, Indonesia and Collider at #16 with 4 Acceptances. Alt.VFX, Heckler and Photoplay Photography share the #19 spot with 3 Acceptances apiece. PLAZA, The Producers, Heckler Sound, Level Two Music and Floodlight Media share the #24 spot with 2 Acceptances.
