TBWA\Singapore is announcing three promotions within its leadership team, reflecting the agency’s recent growth and success.

TBWA\Singapore has been on an exciting upward trajectory the last two years, that has all been in pursuit of winning new business, growing capabilities, attracting the best talent and above all, nurturing the growth and development of the people. Under Mandy Wong’s, President of TBWA\Singapore, leadership, the agency has won some of the best new business pitches in Singapore, including HPB, FairPrice, Mandai and Starhub, and has resulted in record double digit growth for the agency.

Part of her strategy has been about nurturing great talent from within the agency, rewarding her team members that have contributed significantly to the growth, success and culture of TBWA\Singapore, and elevating them to leadership positions in the agency.

Chew Fung Wee (pictured left), previously New Business Director, has been elevated to General Manager. Working closely with the agency leadership team led by Mandy Wong, Fung has played a pivotal role in the agency’s recent achievements. In her new role, Fung will oversee the onboarding of major new business wins and build new business streams to accelerate growth for the agency alongside Mandy Wong. In addition, Fung will oversee the BBDO operations Singapore, which is part of the TBWA\Group in Singapore.

Promoted to the role of Executive Creative Director is Loo Yong Ping (pictured middle). Ping has been instrumental in defining what great work looks like across all his clients, and he continues to be the creative lead on the Singapore Airlines account, delivering great creativity across all touchpoints.

Pete Khoury, CCO for TBWA\Asia, said: “Ping is ambitious, talented and full of charisma. He is a natural leader who drives and inspires his team to great work. To his clients, he is a reliable partner with a save pair of hands. Ping joins Asheen Naidu, also ECD. They complement each other and together they will lead our agency to the next level of bold, brave and disruptive work.”

Additionally, TBWA\Singapore has promoted Eleni Sardi (pictured right) to Head of Brand Management. With a proven track record in managing high-profile accounts such as Singapore Airlines and National Museum of Singapore, Sardi is responsible for further elevating client management and business growth for our clients.

These strategic promotions underscore the agency’s commitment to investing in its talent and strengthening its leadership team to drive further new business growth and innovation.

Wong said: “We have come a long way in the last two years, and to get to where we are today takes resilience, commitment, talent and passion. And the promotions of Fung, Ping and Eleni are evidence that they each possess these qualities, and more. I’m proud of how each of them has excelled in their respective roles and are so very deserving of these new positions. Along with the wider leadership team, I am proud of what we have achieved together but above all I’m proud of the impact they’ve had on the culture of our agency.”

This announcement comes off the back of recent promotions of Abhinit Agarwal to Executive Strategy Director, and Germaine Chen and Lauren Lim to Creative Directors.
