MullenLowe TREYNA celebrates its biggest year

The MullenLowe TREYNA Group recently marked its 46th anniversary, marking the milestone with outstanding agency wins and an expanded office wing following sustained business growth.

 

The 2024 awards season has been MullenLowe TREYNA’s most successful year to date. The agency securing top honors from highly esteemed international organizations including the Glass: The Award for Change at Spikes Asia Awards for their ‘Right to Care’ campaign, wins at the ADFEST Lotus Awards and AWARD Awards, and the first PR category wins at Clio Awards, among others. Locally, the agency also gained the Grand Prix at the PRSP Anvil Awards and the 4As Philippines Kidlat Awards.

At the recent DMAP Boomerang Awards, MullenLowe TREYNA also acquired major wins including the inaugural White Boomerang for Pivotal Transformation, the Purple Boomerang for Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion; and Best of Show.

Beyond these notable achievements, the agency has continued to experience significant business growth, necessitating an expansion in both headcount and office space.

“It came to a point where entire teams couldn’t fit anymore,” says Mike Trillana, Chairman & CEO of MullenLowe TREYNA. “We want to inspire everyone to aim for new goals, and that’s why we considered how this expansion would impact our people and our culture. As we celebrate our 46th anniversary, we’re proud to reward our people because we truly have the best talent in the industry.”

Since 2022, MullenLowe TREYNA has implemented a permanent hybrid working setup, encouraging teams to work in the office at least once to twice a week. The new wing has doubled the office’s capacity including two additional meeting rooms, allowing larger internal events and on-site gatherings.

“I’ve always been fascinated by the agency’s ability to approach things from unique perspectives. It’s incredibly enriching to look at things this way because it contributed to our long-standing success in the industry,” says Abi Aquino, MullenLowe TREYNA Chief Creative Officer. “One of our key strengths is spotlighting our people.
