TBWA\Juice Bangkok uses real photos captured by real travellers in new tourism film
The Tourism Authority of Thailand and TBWA\Juice Bangkok have taken a unique approach to promoting the country, using a stunning visual narrative crafted from real photos captured by travellers.
Traditional tourism advertisements often feature similar, beautiful landscapes, making it difficult to stand out. However, this new Thai tourism film’s approach shows stunning visuals to capture the attention of global travellers.
With billions of visitors capturing countless stories in Thailand over the years, there’s a treasure trove of beautiful digital footprints. By crafting a visual from the photos taken by tourists, this campaign transforms user-generated content into a captivating story that resonates with the tagline ‘Your stories never ends’.
TBWA\Juice Bangkok collected thousands of photos from the travellers and turned them into a visually stunning commercial.
• Over 723 pieces of footage contributed by all tourists
• A total of 2994 photo layers were combined
• A total of 156 music tracks were used
This is the first time the Tourism Authority of Thailand has produced a commercial with minimal carbon footprint, showcasing Thailand’s commitment to eco-friendly tourism and setting a new industry standard for eco-friendly filmmaking.
