Darren Yuen replaces Bala Pomaleh as Chief Executive officer at IPG Mediabrands in Malaysia
IPG Mediabrands, the media holding company within Interpublic Group (NYSE: IPG), has appointed Darren Yuen as CEO in Malaysia. Yuen replaces long-standing CEO, Bala Pomaleh, who has made the decision to leave the business to focus on the next stage of his career.
An industry veteran with 27 years media experience, including 8 years within the IPG Mediabrands Malaysia network, most recently as CEO Initiative Malaysia, Yuen is a well-seasoned innovative leader equipped to drive the IPG Mediabrands network through their next stage transformative regeneration.

Yuen is based in Kuala Lumpur and will report to Leigh Terry CEO of IPG Mediabrands APAC. His position is effective immediately.
