Fajar NF joins Cheil Indonesia from Innocean as new Executive Creative Director
Cheil Indonesia has hired Fajar NF as Executive Creative Director, effective January 6, 2025. With over 21 years of experience in creative leadership, Fajar brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record in crafting culturally resonant and award-winning campaigns for some of the world’s most prominent brands.
Fajar’s career spans top-tier agencies across Indonesia. He spent 14 years at Hakuhodo Indonesia, and most recently served as Senior Creative Director at Innocean Indonesia, where his groundbreaking work reshaped the marketing landscape. He has collaborated with diverse brands across industries, including technology, smartphones, automotive, banking, and FMCG, delivering campaigns that have garnered local and international acclaim.
His creative portfolio features work recognized with prestigious accolades, such as a Grand Prix at Citra Pariwara, multiple AdFest awards, and a Yellow Pencil at D&AD. Named Indonesia’s Hottest Creative five times by Campaign Brief Asia, Fajar’s influence and achievements highlight his profound impact on the industry.
As Executive Creative Director, Fajar will lead Cheil Indonesia’s creative direction, overseeing the agency’s diverse portfolio and driving its mission to produce innovative and impactful campaigns. His unique ability to merge creativity with data-driven insights will be pivotal in strengthening the agency’s regional position.
