Adrián Flores departs Chief Creative Officer role at Clemenger BBDO after less than a year

Australia: Clemenger BBDO Australia Chief Creative Officer Adrián Flores has departed the agency after just 10 months in the role. Flores initially joined the agency following the departure of Jim Curtis.
His departure comes three weeks after BBDO announced plans to unify Clemenger BBDO, CHEP Network, and Traffik into a single full-service agency. With this restructure underway, industry speculation suggests CHEP Network’s CCO Gavin McLeod may take on the creative leadership role at the newly formed Clemenger BBDO.
A spokesperson for Clemenger Group confirmed Flores’ departure, stating: “Adrián Flores has left his role as Chief Creative Officer of Clemenger BBDO Australia. He has made a positive contribution to the agency, in both the work created for clients and in evolving the structure of the creative team. We thank Adrián for his efforts and wish him all the best in his future career endeavours.”
The agency also noted that the structure of the unified Executive Leadership Team will be announced in the coming weeks.
