Farez Khan steps down from leadership role at C27; Launches boutique agency ZERO ASIA

Farez Khan, former Group Account Director at creative agency C27 in Kuala Lumpur, has announced his departure from the company after nearly four years in a leadership role. He will be launching a new boutique creative agency, ZERO ASIA.
With two decades of experience across film, music, branding, content, and digital strategy, Khan’s new venture will focus on digital and social media strategy, brand storytelling, and creative direction, particularly for clients in the music, youth, and culture sectors.
While stepping away from day-to-day responsibilities at C27, Khan will remain connected to the agency in a consulting role on select projects.
“ZERO ASIA is built for the now; agile, experimental, and deeply connected to culture. This isn’t about scaling up. It’s about staying sharp and staying true to what makes creative work matter,” said Khan.
The new agency will be based in Kuala Lumpur and is expected to work with brands and campaigns across Southeast Asia.
