TU7UH and Seven Sunday Films capture that first-sip moment with new Caffino spot
Caffino is stirring up the Indonesia coffee scene with the launch of its much anticipated new line, and in signature style, the brand is doing so with immense charm, colour, and confidence. The latest spot, directed by Adrian Nguyen and produced by Seven Sunday Films together with TU7UH Creative Lab is a slick stylised tribute to that first creamy sip that makes you go, “OOOH!”
Set against a pastel backdrop, the 30-second commercial is a tight and playful visual feast. With gorgeous cinematography by Sven Lippold, every frame pops with energy, texture and warmth, mirroring the smooth, satisfying nature of the product itself. “We didn’t want to explain the product composition, we wanted people to feel it,” says director Adrian Nguyen. “The ‘OOOH!’ became our visual and emotional cue. Everything from the colour palette, the rhythm, the performances was crafted around that singular moment of delight.” The film’s final look was elevated by Stefan Perry of Company 3 London, who grade brought a polished, creamy finish that ties with the whole piece together beautifully.
“The product is simple, and the reaction is universal. That was our creative jumping-off point,” says Felicia Hutabarat, Co-Founder and Creative Director at TU7UH. “It’s about that little pause when you take a sip and think, ‘Hang on, this is actually really good.’ We wanted to bottle that moment and let it drive the entire film.”
With Seven Sunday Films leading the production, the spot strikes a balance between elegance and playfulness. “Caffino and Tujuh gave us a tight, smart concept. Our job was to build a beautiful world around it,” says Afeeq Nadzrin, Executive Producer. “Adrian brought great energy and direction, Sven shot it with finesse, and Stefan added that creamy grade to bring it all home. It’s short, sweet, and full of flavour just like the product.”

The result is a film that doesn’t just introduce a new offering, it turns it into a lifestyle moment. Caffino’s new line up series campaign is a playful, polished reminder that good coffee and good fun don’t have to be mutually exclusive. In a world of forgettable ads, this one lands with a smooth, satisfying “OOOH.”
