Flipkart Minutes delivers festive joy with quick commerce initiatives for Ganesh Chaturthi

Flipkart Minutes, the quick commerce offering of Flipkart, India’s home-grown ecommerce marketplace, celebrated this year’s Ganesh Chaturthi by blending cultural insights with innovative customer experiences through a multi-touchpoint campaign rooted in the brand’s promise of convenience and speed.

The new campaign for Ganesh Chaturthi is a digital-first film crafted in collaboration with FCB Kinnect. The creative reimagines the beloved Ganesh Aarti using only everyday household sounds, handclaps, table taps, and utensil beats delivering a powerful sensory experience without a single lyric. This minimalist yet emotionally resonant execution highlights the power of music to evoke connection and devotion, even in the absence of words. It reflects Flipkart’s core belief in building meaningful relationships through simple, authentic, and relatable expressions.

To take the experience from screen to street, Flipkart Minutes introduced key activations during the festive period.

Blessings Delivered in Minutes: Between August 27 and September 6, Flipkart Minutes has enabled customers to receive fresh prasad, including Ladoo and Modak, from revered temples such as Siddhivinayak (Mumbai) and Shrimant Dagdusheth (Pune) in just 10 minutes, for only ₹1* (available on orders above ₹399 in Pune and above ₹799 in Mumbai). This initiative allowed devotees to bypass long queues and traffic while still partaking in the sanctity of tradition, seamlessly blending faith with technology.

Get Charged in Minutes: Rapid mobile charging stations have been set up across high-footfall areas to offer devotees convenience and delight during long hours of pandal hopping and processions, ensuring their needs were met, delivered in minutes.

Adding a festive surprise, Flipkart Minutes also delighted customers in Mumbai with complimentary manjiras, a traditional percussion instrument, delivered with orders on the first day of Ganesh Chaturthi, serving as a physical tie-in to the campaign’s musical theme.

By delivering prasad from Siddhivinayak and Shrimant Dagdusheth temples in minutes, Flipkart Minutes created a strong festive connection that drove visibility and reinforced the brand’s position in India’s fast-evolving quick commerce landscape.
