BBDO Bangkok are the first of four Thailand agencies that have made this year’s Hot List. The agency ranks at #10 in Asia with 26 Acceptances – up from their #20 ranking in 2024.

BBDO’s Acceptances includes the internationally lauded Mercedes-Benz ‘The Meaning of Benz’ campaign that tapped into the cultural phenomenon of people in Thailand being nicknamed “Benz”.

In addition, campaigns including Five Star ‘Remember’, Roojai ‘Triangle of Accident’, Roojai ‘Uncle and Auntie’ and two separate Thai Health Promotion Foundation films figured prominently.

Other campaigns for Mercedes-Benz, Five Star, Roojai and Tourism Authority of Thailand have also made the cut.

This year 241 agencies and production companies entered Campaign Brief’s The Work 2025. There were a record 4,349 entries overall (up from 4,189 entries last year), with the most entries coming from Australia (827), Thailand (796), Philippines (680), India (617), Taiwan (324) and Singapore (281).
