Independent agency GIGIL Philippines has hit the ball out of the park this year to rank #1 in the Philippines and #1 overall in Asia in Campaign Brief’s The Work 2025. The agency’s trademark humour has once again been on show in their impressive body of work. Despite being a consistent high achiever over the past decade in Campaign Brief’s The Work, this is the first time GIGIL has ranked as the #1 agency overall in Asia. They had 46 Acceptances in The Work 2025.

Leading the way were standout and awarded campaigns including Defensil Antibacterial Soap ‘Project Sweep’, Mandaue Foam Home Store ‘Steal’, Rogin-E Men’s Vitamins ‘Stallion’, Jiang Nan Hotpot Restaurant ‘Michelle Lyn Star’, and GrabMart ‘Chicky’.

Their wider body of accepted work featured Grab campaigns such as ‘Mother’s Day 2’, ‘A Different Summer’ and ‘5-Star Eats’; original self-promotions including ‘Typeface’ and ‘Loyalty Award Trophies’; and a spread of creative ideas across brands including ONE Asia Creative Awards, Skyro Loans, Lagundex Cough Medicine, PalawanPay Mobile Wallet, Netflix, Macbeth Apparel, Havaianas, LBC Courier Services, Knorr, Jollibee, Jiang Nan Hotpot Restaurant and Closeup Toothpaste.

This year 241 agencies and production companies entered Campaign Brief’s The Work 2025. There were a record 4,349 entries overall (up from 4,189 entries last year), with the most entries coming from Australia (827), Thailand (796), Philippines (680), India (617), Taiwan (324) and Singapore (281).

The full ranking of all 158 agencies and production companies that made the cut and have acceptances in The Work 2025 will be released on Monday.
