Arcade takes centre stage at DigiCon 2025 as personalisation and AI set the agenda for Asia’s creative future

Award-winning Philippines production company Arcade made a strong showing at the recent DigiCon 2025 – the Philippines’ biggest digital conference – where over 2,000 delegates gathered under the theme “The Age of I: The Power of Personalization.”

The five-strong Arcade delegation, led by Vice President of Business Development and Content JM Miranda, joined industry leaders to explore how hyper-personalised content and AI-driven creativity are reshaping marketing in Asia.

“DigiCon made it clear – audiences no longer want generic content. They want culture, relevance, and emotional truth,” said Miranda. “For Arcade, that means creating with intent. Every piece of content must be human, purposeful, and connected to the world around it.”

Miranda also reinforced the strategic role of AI in the creative process: “AI isn’t the hero – it’s the enabler. It’s not here to replace creativity, but to unlock more imaginative and efficient ways of storytelling.”

That future-focused mindset has propelled Arcade to a milestone year of growth and creative performance.

This year, Arcade was crowned the top-ranked production company in Asia-Pacific in Campaign Brief Asia’s The Work rankings – achieving the #1 spot in Asia for the third consecutive year and maintaining its #1 position in the Philippines for four years running.

The ranking reflects standout work for RC Cola, Mandaue Foam, Netflix, Grab, Del Monte and more, created in collaboration with leading agencies including GIGIL, BBDO Guerrero, Leron Leron Sinta, and DDB Philippines. Arcade earned a record 41 acceptances in this year’s rankings, a major leap from 24 the year before.

“At the end of the day, it’s really about the work,” said Managing Partner and Film Director Marius Talampas. “We just want to keep making great stuff, have fun doing it, and push ourselves a little further each time. That’s how we keep raising the bar.”

Arcade also picked up its first metal at the 27th Philippines 4A’s Agency of the Year Awards, winning Production Excellence – Best in Film.

“This win means so much to us”, said Mike Talampas, Vice President and Film Director. “It celebrates the two things we value most at Arcade – pursuing creative excellence and running the business with strength and care. It’s a balance we work hard at every day, and this recognition makes it all the more rewarding.”

Looking ahead, Arcade is deepening its regional footprint with a new headquarters, an production studio underway, and investment in virtual production, AR, and AI capabilities. The company is also expanding into entertainment with original IP and co-productions for global streaming platforms.

“Arcade is expanding its footprint across Asia-Pacific,” said Jeorge Agcaoili, President and Film Director. “We’re building more than just great work; we’re building the future of Arcade. With our new HQ, upcoming studio, and bold investments in technology and storytelling, we’re gearing up to take Filipino creativity to the world.”
