Manisha Sain appointed as new National Planning Director for FCB Ulka India
FCB Ulka, part of FCB India, has appointed Manisha Sain as National Planning Director. A planner with the soul of a researcher, she brings over 15 years of experience uncovering deep human insights and translating them into impactful brand strategies.
Sain has played a key role in shaping distinctive and disruptive brand narratives for Ariel, Sebamed, Visa, Johnson’s Baby, Symphony Air Coolers, Rio Sanitary Pads, Danone Toddler Nutrition, and Crompton, among others.
Her work has been consistently recognised for both its strategic sharpness and real-world effectiveness, winning top honours at APAC Effies, Cannes Lions, India Effies, and Jay Chiat Awards. Sain was also ranked among the Top 10 Planning Directors globally by The Big Won report – a testament to her impact and influence in strategic planning.
