Rachelle Raymundo appointed CEO, Creative at Dentsu Indonesia

Rachelle Raymundo has been appointed as Dentsu Indonesia’s new CEO, Creative, to accelerate its ambition towards culture-defining work that is digitally ahead, and deeply rooted in the Indonesian cultural landscape.

With over 25 years of track record in driving growth across the marketing spectrum, Raymundo brings deep experience in data-led storytelling for digital transformations that are translated into consumer engagement; driving high- impact brand strategies for multinational portfolios, as well as in optimising the intersection of content and media placement to maximize brand resonance. Her experience as a consultant specializing in agency pitches and organizational health also adds to her unique perspective on building successful, high-trust client partnerships.

Raymundo said: “I am excited to join dentsu Indonesia at a transformative moment for dentsu and the industry. The creative landscape today requires more than just great ideas, it demands empathy, data-driven insights, and the courage to innovate at the speed of culture. Along with the rest of our creative leadership that is second to none in this market, we are committed to building an innovation powerhouse that does not just respond to algorithms but instead, shapes the conversations for tomorrow. I look forward to working closely with the team to drive the next phase of growth for our clients and the Indonesian creative economy.”

Raymundo’s appointment marks the culmination of a strategic creative leadership evolution at dentsu Indonesia, following a refreshed leadership line up announced in September 2025, with Lucky Handoko returning to the network as General Manager of DC, and Defri Dwipaputra and Rangga Immanuel elevated to dual Chief Creative and Experience Officer positions.

Reporting to Elvira Jakub, Country CEO, dentsu Indonesia, Raymundo will oversee a consolidated creative leadership team, with Handoko, Dwipaputra and Immanuel aligned under her leadership to operate as one integrated creative powerhouse, marking a pivotal milestone in the network’s 51-year legacy of creative excellence.

Elvira Jakub, Country CEO, dentsu Indonesia, added: “As we build for the future, we need a true leader who can unify our creative vanguard to solve complex business challenges with humanity and heart, embodying the highest professional standards in integrity and transparency for our clients and for our people. Rachelle’s appointment brings the perfect harmony to our new executive leadership structure, and I am confident that under her guidance, our team will continue to push the boundaries of innovation.”

With a robust leadership now in place, Dentsu Indonesia is well-positioned to accelerate its creative roadmap under Rachelle’s leadership, while continuing to deliver impact for some of the world’s and Indonesia’s most iconic brands.
