Colgate-Palmolive APAC’s Samir Singh to Lead APAC Tambuli Awards Grand Executive Jury

The Asia Pacific Tambuli Awards has named Samir Singh, Executive Vice President for Marketing, APAC at Colgate-Palmolive, as the President of the Grand Executive Jury for 2026.

As Grand Executive Jury President, Singh will lead distinguished marketing and business leaders in the final stage of deliberations. The Grand Executive Jury is responsible for the highest honors of the festival, overseeing the elevation of Gold winners to Grand Prix and Platinum Tambuli status.

Organized by the University of Asia and the Pacific (UA&P) School of Media and Marketing, Tambuli is an effectiveness award show, recognizing marketing campaigns and corporate initiatives that drive business performance through a positive impact on the world.

Samir Singh is a globally recognized marketing veteran with over 27 years of experience leading multi-billion dollar categories and iconic brands. Before joining Colgate-Palmolive in late 2024, he served as the Chair of Unilever Asia and Global Chief Marketing Officer for Personal Care, where he managed a portfolio including Dove, Lifebuoy, Lux, and Axe across more than 100 countries.

Singh is famously regarded as a pioneer in performance with purpose. He was the architect of the Lifebuoy “Help a Child Reach 5” campaign, which transformed handwashing behaviors for over a billion people. The campaign earned multiple awards and is widely regarded as the exemplar for purposeful marketing.

The selection of Singh as Grand Executive Jury President reinforces Tambuli’s commitment to honoring work that balances commercial success with human flourishing. His career—spanning roles in India, China, Southeast Asia, Europe, and the U.S.—demonstrates a rare ability to drive high-level P&L growth while keeping sustainability and social mission at the core of brand strategy.

While his professional accolades are extensive, Singh remains a “happy warrior” who values the human connections forged in the industry. Outside of his executive duties, he is a dedicated family man. He currently resides in Singapore with his wife and their two children, aged 17 and 12, balancing the demands of a regional leadership role with the joys of everyday family life.
