Honda Thailand and Hakuhodo Bangkok launch AI-powered, Gen Z-focused campaign for Honda e:N2

Honda Thailand, in collaboration with Hakuhodo Bangkok, has launched a new campaign for the all-new Honda e:N2, taking a more participatory approach to engaging a new generation of electric vehicle drivers.

Titled “Honda: AI GEN,” the campaign shifts away from traditional product-led automotive launches, instead placing people at the centre of the experience.

Built on the concept of “Future Activated,” the campaign invites users to engage directly with the brand through a generative AI-powered platform. Users can upload their own photos to create personalised visuals of themselves alongside the Honda e:N2, turning imagined futures into shareable content.

The platform leverages generative AI technologies, including Google AI and Nano Banana, integrated through a custom-built system to deliver real-time, individualised outputs.

Rather than segmenting audiences, the campaign focuses on individual expression—interpreting user inputs such as identity and style to create tailored visual narratives.

Designed as a social-first experience, the platform encourages users to generate and share their personalised content, aligning with Gen Z’s preference for participation over passive consumption.

Hakuhodo Bangkok said the campaign reflects a broader shift in how mobility is communicated, moving from product-focused messaging to more personal, experience-driven storytelling.

“For Gen Z, the future isn’t something they wait for — it’s something they create and express,” said a spokesperson from Hakuhodo Bangkok. “This campaign is about letting people see themselves inside that future.”

With the launch of the Honda e:N2, Honda is exploring how electric mobility can be positioned as a more personal and participatory experience.
