BBH Singapore hires Emily Hudson as Business Development Director for Black Sheep Design
BBH Singapore has appointed Emily Hudson as the Business Development Director for its design offering Black Sheep Design.
Hudson joins the agency with 10 years of experience at Design Bridge, in London and Singapore, where she was most recently a Business Development Director managing clients across the FMCG and alcohol categories notably JDE, Zespri, Diageo, Mondelez and Unilever.
Hudson’s appointment is part of the ongoing success story of Black Sheep Design, an agency with a ‘strategic design’ lens, echoing BBH’s strengths.
Black Sheep Design was launched in 2017 with the hire of Dave Holland, a senior global creative leader with 25+ years of experience, including regional leadership roles at Brand Union and his own design agency.
Since then, Black Sheep Design has been working with clients such as Piaggio Group, Pernod Ricard, Ascendas-Singbridge, Singtel, Jollibee, NTUC Income, Fairprice, UOB and Rolls-Royce, amongst others , across brand, identity and experience design projects.
John Hadfield, CEO BBH Singapore said: “Emily is a great hire for us. She understands how brands can use design strategically to elevate their appeal. And she joins Dave and the team at an exciting moment. We’ve built Black Sheep Design from the ground up to be a proven design offer. Emily is going to help us take this to the next level.”
Hudson said: “I’m really excited to be joining an agency of BBH’s stature. It’s an interesting time for the agency who have identified a need for clients to have strategic brand design thinking embedded within their communications work. I will be working closely with Dave and John to explore exciting new opportunities for Black Sheep Design and our existing client base at BBH.”
