GOVT Singapore launches new film for NTUC First Campus which celebrates life at work and away from it

NTUC First Campus (NFC), an NTUC social enterprise that gives children from working families equal access to quality early education and care in Singapore, has released their latest employer brand campaign, titled, “You Are More” created via GOVT Singapore.

Designed as a precursor to their upcoming recruitment campaign, “You Are More” puts the spotlight on NFC’s progressive policies and flexible benefits. Ones that demonstrate their ardent belief that everyone should be able to pursue their interests, passions and loves out of work. Because it is only when we harness more of our lives outside the classroom, that we achieve even more in it.

The objective of the campaign is to inspire and attract like-minded professionals who share the same belief as NTUC First Campus to join the team to make a positive impact on the lives of young children.

The campaign launched with a film that explores the double lives of actual NFC employees at work and in their personal lives. Brought to life through whimsical rhymes inspired by children’s books like the Dr. Suess series, and delivered by the voice of film and theatre actor, Adrian Pang.

Directed by Wayne Wong of Rolla Productions, the film is the first of several collaterals that will be progressively rolled out online in the coming months. They will all feature rhymes as the main creative device across digital banners and posters, from the branding through to the recruitment phases.

The film can be found on NTUC First Campus’s Facebook and YouTube pages.
