BLKJ Havas taps into K-Drama genre for Ninja Van to help deal with bad customer service

As a leading logistics provider, Ninja Van’s reliable customer service is so reliable and effortless you can skip the drama. To bring that to life, BLKJ Havas adopted the “most drama of dramas”, K-DRAMA, as a genre to create a series of stories, STORIES FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Shot in Korea with an entirely Korean crew, the fun and cheeky long form films have just launched in Indonesia, Malaysia and Philippines. It’s slated for release next in Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.

Since its launch, it has picked up more than 20M views and more than 2K shares, making it Ninja Van’s best performing content to date in the region. Beyond promoting our outstanding service, the films also serve as a humorous “assist” to help viewers by simply using these dramatic stories in times of bad customer service struggles.

The campaign also counts with billboards next to our competitors offices, direct mail and social posts.
