Film Construction signs director Sam Kelly

Film Construction has welcomed Director Sam Kelly to the team. Kelly, a skilled performance director, has impressed the New Zealand film industry with his ability to capture emotion and create authentic cinematic characters.

His feature film Savage opened at #1 at the New Zealand box office and is one of the top 20 highest-grossing films locally. In addition, his short film Lambs has won numerous accolades and screened in competition at the Berlinale, Clermont Ferrand, Melbourne, and Uppsala international film festivals.

As winner of the SPADA Young Filmmaker of the Year award and graduate of the renowned Judith Weston’s Directing Actors workshop, Kelly brings an impressive portfolio of work to Film Construction.

Kelly has worked with a diverse range of clients, including ANZ, DOC, Ford, Massey University, Telecom, and Unicef, to name a few. His passion for pushing boundaries and his drive to innovate ensure that every project he works on will leave a lasting impression.
