We Are Social Singapore adds Caroline So as Head of Account Management
Caroline So has relocated from Shanghai to join We Are Social Singapore as head of account management. She is charged with leading the agency’s account teams, spearheading organic client growth and new business development, and developing operating models to effectively deliver We Are Social’s core services to clients.
So brings more than two decades of experience leading blue chip accounts and high-performing teams in Hong Kong and China at agencies including Monks, DDB, Lowe and McCann. She has also held a number of senior leadership roles at both network and independent agencies.
So has deep experience working with clients across various industries including FMCG, retail, beauty & personal care, automotive and technology. Over the course of her career she has worked with brands such as Burberry, Tiffany & Co., PayPal, Volvo, ABinBev, Estee Lauder, L’Oreal, Nestlé and Unilever.
She will report into We Are Social Singapore’s managing director, Nai Yen Wang.

She has a proven track record for fostering strong client relationships, driving new and organic growth and brings a wealth of experience, especially in beauty, retail and social commerce.
