Cheil Hong Kong wins Agency of the Year and Grand Kam Fan at Kam Fan Awards 2024

At the Kam Fan Awards 2024, Cheil Hong Kong was crowned Creative Agency of the Year, sweeping the prestigious Grand Kam Fan, along with 10 Gold, 5 Silver and 6 Bronze awards. This achievement marks the third time Cheil Hong Kong has received the Creative Agency of the Year title, having previously won in 2019 and 2021.
Cheil Hong Kong’s campaign, ‘The Sound of Violence’ for Save the Children, secured the Grand Kam Fan, recognising it as the best campaign of the year. This adds to Cheil Hong Kong’s accolades, marking the agency’s third Grand Kam Fan win in four years, following victories in 2021 and 2022.
‘The Sound of Violence’ is a powerful initiative that recreated the Dolby Atmos Surround Sound demo in cinemas to raise awareness of domestic violence against children. This impactful campaign also earned 6 Golds, 2 Silvers and 2 Bronzes.
“What a night. What a team. The confetti has just dropped, and we’re over the moon to win our third Grand Kam Fan in four years, along with our third Agency of the Year title at Kam Fan 2024. Here’s to creating more magic together.” said Paul Chan, Chief Creative Officer of Cheil Hong Kong.

Other significant campaigns by Cheil Hong Kong that garnered multiple awards include ‘Ghost Skins’ for Samsung, which transformed virtual gaming skins into real clothing for children in need, and ‘The Touch Annual Report’ for Orbis, highlighting how millions of visually impaired individuals experience the world through touch.
The Kam Fan Awards, presented by the HK4As, are Hong Kong’s most prestigious advertising awards, aimed at elevating the standards of advertising creativity and celebrating exceptional work. The Kam Fan Awards 2024 awarded a total of one Grand Kam Fan, 17 Golds, 26 Silvers and 35 Bronzes.
