Havas Media Network launches CSA in Southeast Asia: Names James McNeely as Regional Head

Havas Media Network has launched CSA, its global technology, data and analytics consultancy arm in Southeast Asia, with James McNeely appointed to lead as the Head of CSA, Southeast Asia.

 

With over 13 years of experience across data, analytics, and MarTech, McNeely will lead CSA’s growth in the region, strengthening specialist capabilities in local markets and offering clients an unparalleled depth of technology and data expertise. Based in Singapore, he will report directly to Pankaj Nayak, CEO of Havas Media Network Singapore and President – SEA, Havas Media.

This marks another strategic milestone in Havas Media Network’s expansion across the region, following the successful rollout of its other core capabilities, Havas Market and Havas Play. Since its launch in June 2023, CSA has rapidly scaled to more than 20 markets — including the Middle East, Australia, China, and India — with a team of over 400 specialists spanning data science, AI, behavioural economics, MarTech, and digital strategy. With this launch, CSA will now serve clients across Southeast Asia, helping businesses drive transformation through data-driven solutions and future-forward technology.
