Hakuhodo International Indonesia strengthens core with new leadership appointments

Hakuhodo International Indonesia (HIID) is stepping into a new chapter following the appointments of Farhana Eldini Devi Attamimi as Group CEO and Yuzuru Iguchi as Country Director earlier this year. This leadership transition marks the beginning of a strategic transformation aimed at aligning the organization with evolving client needs and the rapidly changing market landscape. As part of this transformation, HIID has appointed a new generation of leaders from within its internal talent pool-demonstrating a strong commitment to nurturing growth, fostering continuity, and empowering the next wave of leadership from within the group.
This new leadership structure introduces key leaders across Hakuhodo International Indonesia. Hakuhodo Jakarta is now led by Narpati Adityasa as General Manager, alongside Naoya Hosokawa as Director. Hybrid is under the leadership of Ivan Christyanto as General Manager and Yuzuru Iguchi as Director, who also serves as the Country Director of Hakuhodo International Indonesia. H:Three will be led later this year by Eka Harithsyah as General Manager, together with Daisuke Yanaoka as Director. H Digital is currently helmed by Linda Mutiara as General Manager, supported by Kyohei Hasegawa as Director. Meanwhile, Fitri Rizayati has been appointed Managing Director of i-dac Indonesia, working in partnership with Director Kyosuke Matsui.
Narpati Adityasa, General Manager of Hakuhodo Jakarta, said: “We’re evolving with the industry—becoming more agile and adaptive to market needs and beyond, listening more closely, and approaching things with fresh eyes. That’s exactly what our clients—and the sei-katsu-sha—expect from us now.”
Daisuke Yanaoka, Director of H:Three added: “This new chapter marks an exciting opportunity for us to further strengthen collaboration across teams and drive greater impact for our clients. With shared values and a unified vision, we are committed to nurturing ideas that resonate deeply with people and deliver meaningful business results.”
To ensure solid and cohesive leadership, Hakuhodo International Indonesia has established an Executive Committee tasked with driving strategic alignment, strengthening organizational leadership, and ensuring sustainable growth across the group. The committee includes Fitri Rizayati in the role of Corporate Planning, focusing on group strategy and organizational planning; Hilman Eri Permadi as Executive Director of Finance, hand in hand with Rini Maulidia as Director of Finance, overseeing financial governance and group-level financial strategy.
To accelerate its next leap forward, Hakuhodo International Indonesia (HIID) has strengthened its central services by appointing senior leaders to enhance group cohesion and drive future growth. Euvine Winarni has been appointed as Executive Director of Business Growth & Partnership, Rian Prabana as Senior Director of Strategy, and Wimala Djafar as Director of H+, the group’s innovation and technology unit. Further reinforcing its creative edge, Woon Siew Hoh returns as Chief Creative Officer (CCO) to elevate the agency’s creative ambition. To boost HIID’s capabilities in digital and production, Hermawan Prasetyo also step in as Executive Director of Integrated Production, while Mayada Patria steps into the role of Director of People & Corporate Services to strengthen organizational development and culture.
This transformation reflects HIID’s evolution as a Sei-katsu-sha Value Design Company—committed to crafting meaningful work for real people. By fusing the vision of founding leaders with the boldness of emerging talent, HIID reaffirms its role as both a business force and a cultural contributor in Indonesia and beyond.
“We’re not just reshaping structure—we’re building a more connected, responsive organization ready for what’s next,” said Devi Attamimi, Group CEO of Hakuhodo International Indonesia. “By empowering our leaders and strengthening our core capabilities, we’re creating a foundation that supports creativity, agility, and long-term growth across the group. This transformation is about staying ahead—together—as we continue to deliver meaningful value to our clients and society.”
